No unauthorized overnight guests
Check-in at 4pm | Check-out at 10am
late checkout fee applies ($75)
All guests need to be verified before check-in
No smoking/vaping
No candles / or fire in fireplace
No parties
Damages need to be reported before check-out
Do not rearrange furniture
ABSOLUTELY no more than 6 guests

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
